Shipping:
Shipping usually takes up to 14 business days from the shipping date.
Home delivery is only available in select areas; otherwise, deliveries go to pickup points (including post offices).
The company has 5 business days to process the order. Delays may occur due to postal or courier services or other logistics.
Maximum delivery time is 35 business days from the shipping date. If delayed, contact customer service for a refund or reshipment.
Orders are shipped directly from overseas suppliers. Multiple items may be sent in separate packages.

Placing an Order (continued):
To place an order, select products, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill out your information including email, address, phone, and payment details.
If the delivery is addressed to someone other than the buyer, include their full address and phone number.
All data is secured using the latest technology. Orders are only considered complete upon credit card approval.
If the business cannot supply a product, the buyer will be notified by email.
If a product is out of stock but listed on the site, the buyer waives all claims for direct or indirect damages.
Providing false personal information during the purchase process is a criminal and civil offense. In case of an error, the buyer must notify the business immediately and bear any resulting costs.

Shipping and Delivery:
Once the order is complete and the conditions are met, the products will be specially ordered from the overseas supplier and delivered to the buyerโs home or nearest pickup point within 40 business days.
The website team will aim for the fastest delivery possible. However, the business is not responsible for the exact delivery dates.
Buyers must report any delivery delays promptly so the business can attempt to resolve them.
Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.

Return Policy:
If a product is defective (i.e., arrived damaged and not damaged through use), it may be exchanged or returned. Sometimes, the issue can be resolved without returning the product. Please send photos and a description of the defect.
If returning for reasons other than defect, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) applies. Credit card transactions may also incur cancellation fees from the credit company.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product and comply with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
Please ensure the product was not used (plugging into power/water/gas is considered use), and return it in its original packaging with all accessories.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after product inspection.
Returns must be sent via registered mail with a tracking number through Israel Post.
To cancel an order after shipping, wait to receive it, and return it per customer service instructions via WhatsApp or email.
Shipping costs for returns are the buyerโs responsibility. Full refunds will be given, excluding shipping and any additional fees (e.g., credit card cancellation fees).
Products marked non-returnable (e.g., custom-made or special shipments) are excluded from returns.
If thereโs a conflict between site policy and consumer law, the law prevails.
Return policies may vary by product and supplier.
The buyer must report any defective or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery.
The company manages communication with suppliers per their policies but is not responsible for compensation or refunds.

Cancellation Policy:
The Consumer Protection Law allows cancellation within 14 days of receiving the product or receiving order details (whichever is later), with a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 NIS, whichever is lower.
If the product hasnโt shipped yet, a full refund including cancellation fees will be issued.
If the product was already shipped, the customer must wait to receive it and return it under the standard return policy.
Sometimes the product has been shipped, but the tracking number has not been updated yetโlack of a tracking number does not prove the item hasnโt shipped.
